36 Euro shipping cost is vailid only: till 25kg of package with maximum length 170cm; length and girth combined max 300cm. If the the package size exceed one of the above dimensions, we will let the customer know about an updated delivery cost.

In case of prepayment delivery method after we confirm your order and the availability of the choosen items we will send you the invoice and kindly ask you to arrange the wire transfer. As soon the amount arrives on our account we will proceed with packing and ordering a delivery for your items. If the amount is not arriving on our account within the deadline of the wire transfer, we will contact to you to clarify the the validity of  the order.

Informationas regarding to receive the package

• Only order the desired products by cash on delivery if you can pay the fee to the courier upon receipt. In the case of unclaimed, returned packages, the return shipping fee will be charged to the customer, we can only re-send the package after the payment of the package has been transferred in advance! We cannot provide compensation in the event of a delivery delay. Ownership of the products is transferred to the Buyer upon payment of the full amount.
• If several orders are received from a Customer on the same day, they will be taken into account separately from the point of view of the home delivery fee. If the Customer indicates this when placing the second order and based on the Service Provider's feedback, it is still possible, the Service Provider can combine the orders, there is no way to combine the packages that have already been started. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the delivery fee, provided that the change comes into effect at the same time as it is published on the website. The modification does not affect the purchase price of products already ordered.
• The ordered product(s) will arrive in a sealed package and if the payment has not been made in advance, the purchase price and possible delivery fee must be paid in cash against the invoice to the delivery person of the courier service. In the event that the packaging is damaged upon receipt, it is recommended to open the package containing the product in the presence of the delivery person of the courier service, in order to check the integrity of the product(s) and report the damage to the Service Provider. The delivery person of the courier service takes a record of the delivery of the damaged product.
• The courier delivers packages on working days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you are not at home during this period, it is advisable to enter your work address as the delivery address (if possible).
• Cash-on-delivery orders are only available in cash, vouchers or other cash-substitute payment methods are not possible.
